Charlie,
Excellent press conference!
As many Richmonders- I regret that I did not take advantage of the Braves more often when they were here. I plan on being a fan of our new team and will support it with my attendance. I sincerely appreciate everything you are doing to get baseball back to Richmond.
Finally, someone with a common sense approach to a simple problem. After reading your story in the Friday paper, you make me feel like there are common sense people.
We already have a baseball field and it’s called the diamond for a reason: Its location to the four points of the city. The only thing it’s missing are some more restaurants and stores in the area.
I hope this works out, in the economic times we are going through now, the last thing the city needs to do is waste money on something we already have. Let’s fix the one we have now. Have people forgotten Sixth Street Marketplace or Main Street Station?
Thank you,
Jeff
Thanks to both of you! Please tell your friends and have them join our facebook group. If you have a business and would like to link to our site, just upload you image and we will handle the rest.
